Web 2.0

Web 2.0 is a way for people to communicate with and instruct each other via the world wide web.  It is extremely user friendly because it features tools and gadgets that allow users to edit and send information easily.  This system is especially convenient for online instruction and communicating with students, teachers, and/or parents that may be far away.

As the rising generation is definitely more dependent on technology for instruction, web 2.0 is a tool for necessary utilization for teachers.  This is a method in which teachers can communicate with the parents of their students to let them know what is being taught in their classroom and what their children may need to work on.  It is also a good way for students and parents to give their teachers feedback on how well things are going and ask questions that may not have been thoroughly explained in the classroom.

Here is just an idea for why web 2.0 is important and is a good idea for use in the classroom.
